At only $40 for delegates and guests, and no fee for youth, we hope to see a great turnout from every congregation!

If you are an authorized minister, or a lay delegate or guest (25 or older), you fee is $40.

If you are a youth (under 25) delegate or guest, your fee is $0 and you’re all set!

If you are a Member in Discernment your fee is $0 and you’re all set!

Be sure to also make your reservations for lodging at the Courtyard by Marriot Tulsa Central using THIS LINK!

Reservations can be made for one or two nights - be sure to adjust your arrival/departure dates to match your travel.
