Welcome, Rev. Inok Lautej!

On Saturday, February 7, 2026, the Marshallese United Church of Christ of Enid, Oklahoma, installed their new pastor, Reverend Inok Lautej. Rev. Inok arrives in KO from the Hawaii Conference, where he served the Kauai 1st Marshallese Church UCC. Rev. Gordon Epps, who helped plant the Marshallese Church in Enid, preached the Installation Service, focusing on 2 Timothy 4:1-5. Rev. Dr. Lorraine Ceniceros and Pastor Julia Gaughan led the Order for Installation. Rev. Jacob Poindexter, Rev. Sheri Curry, and Rev. Daniel Thimell also joined the service and celebration. The congregation celebrated Rev. Inok’s installation with a wonderful meal as well as traditional song and dance. Here are some great pictures from the joyous occasion!
